8 x Shoe pads

8 x Heel pads

To apply please ensure that no body lotion or fake tan is present on the foot as this will create a barrier to making the heel pad stick.

• Place shoe pad in back of shoe as demonstrated on our videos
• Place the heel pad low on heel of foot, if wearing tights or stockings just pull tights over the heel pad. 
• Place fingers in shoes to pull the shoe wide so that the foot can placed inside the shoe before the pads connect.
• Rub the back of the shoe to connect
